NBA Play of the Day: Blazers +15. I won't try to convince you that the Blazers have a chance to win, but 15 is too much. The Spurs have been good lately but still aren't a good home team. The Spurs have a 114 defensive rating and ranked in the bottom third of the league in eFG%, True Shooting, rebounding, and free throw rate. The Spurs are a little better offensively with a 110 rating but don't rank well in the eFG%, True Shooting, or free throw rate. Again, the Blazers aren't good so I won't try to convince you, but they have a 106 offensive rating and a 114 defensive rating on the road. I don't see the Blazers having a chance to win, but the model think this should be a cover for the Blazers at +15.
